Mazandaran sedition (Sheikh Tabarsi fort)
This riot headed by Mulla Hussein Boshrouyee and Mulla Muhammad Ali Barforoushi as the most important Bab's disciples who were killed there. They dug a moat around their fort and got prepared to fight against the governmental troops. Shoqi Effendi writes:
The was last 11 months in Mazandaran jungles.[1]
Nabil Zarandi writes: Mazandaran event happened on Sha'ban, 19th, 1264 A.H.[2]
One of the most lamentable events which displayed the evil nature of Bab's disciples was attacking against the naïve people nearby the fort without any acceptable justification. The Babis massacred and plundered like the bandits. Hajj Mirza Jani Kashi who is one of the Babi historians and Bab's fans writes in his book: "A group attacked the village at night and took possession of it. They killed 130 people. The rest escaped. They destroyed the village and took the provisions to the fort.[3]"
Qoddous never thought about failure. They wished to win. Nabil Zarandi writes: The divine power will never be defeated…[4]
The war ended on the lunar month of Jamadi-al-Thani, 23rd, 1265 A.H. when Mulla Muhammad Ali Barforoushi was killed in Barforoush (Babol)
Zanjan Sedition
In 1266, a riot was created by Mulla Muhammad Ali Zanjani entitled Hojjat in Zanjan city. He was hated by Zanjan scholar due to issuing strange judgments in various problems of commandments.
Babis and Baha'is have introduced him as one of the famous Shiite clergymen practicing religious jurisprudence who has been considered as one of the serious followers of Bab. However; according to Nabil Zarandi, Hojjat Zanjani hasn’t believed in Imam of the Time(P.H.).
