One of the important issues in religions is the issue of lawfulness and a man's zeal towards his wife. Nevertheless, unlike the divine religions, one of the interesting orders of Seyyed Bab is that a woman can have sexual intercourses with another man and have a child if she isn’t able to have a child with her husband.
It has been said in the book "the answer to some doubts": "It has been said in the book "the Persian Bayan", chapter 15 from unit 8:
"فرض لکل احد ام یتاهل لیبقی عنها من نفس یوحدالله بها... و ان یظهر من احدهما مایمتعهما عن ذلک حل علی کل واحد باذن دونه لان یظهر عنه الثمره..."
"Getting married is necessary and its legitimate term is having sexual intercourse and the word sexual intercourse means getting married in Islam… that is, they must divorce and remarry…[1]"
It is said in the Arabic part that:
"حل علی کل واحد باذن دونه لان یظهر عنه الثمره"
This statement clarifies that having a child is legitimate and allowable and there isn’t any condition for how to have it. It can be understood: Having a child in any way.
However, in the Persian part, the word having sexual intercourse has been mentioned instead of having a child.
If we investigate the book Bayan from the beginning to chapter 25, unit 8, we will figure out that nearly 50 of this word are existent such as chapter 3, unit 16, chapter 4, unit 3; chapter 4, unit 8; chapter 4, unit 10; chapter 6, unit 1; chapter 6, unit 7. In all these cases, Seyyed Bab means having sexual intercourse.
In this cases, the word sexual intercourse is used in its real meaning. Additionally, he hasn’t mentioned any condition for it and has left his followers free in this regard.[2]
