Babism movement faced with opposition by the then scholar since it was growing. In the historical documents, the name of one of the scholars called the great scholar Saeedul Olama Mazandarani has been mentioned. During a period of time, he was seriously encountered against Babism and Ali Muhammad Bab’s claims when the followers of the cult was massacring Muslims and their opponents. One of these conflicts happened in Tabarsi fort in Mazandaran.
